For every condition there is a cure. For every cure there is a division. And for every division there is always a debate. Such holds true even when it comes to the issue of how to get rid of belly fat.The condition: Belly fat.
The cure: Getting rid of it.
The division:
1) Diet and exercise as natural ways to lose belly fat, and
2) artificially-created, mass-produced fat-burning pills, which commonly go by the name “dietary supplements”.
The debate: Which betters answers how to get rid of belly fat?
Now that everything has been properly defined, how do we go about crowning the victor of this debate? Since I'm a big fan of tradition, let's do it the old-fashioned way: a pro and con list.
